The Science of Groundwater

This Science Cafe was held on April 2nd, 2025 at the Hadley Public Library and on Zoom.

Dr. Hatch is an extension professor at UMass Amherst and an eco-hydrologist. She is interested in how water moves between underground reservoirs and rivers, and how our water resources and communities are affected by climate change. She also works on wetland restoration, particularly of former cranberry bogs.
